About Us

SX Express is a fast-growing international logistics company specializing in cross-border e-commerce fulfilment and overseas warehouse operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and China. Our Malaysia warehouse is expanding to support 3PL fulfilment clients, and we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take full charge of warehouse operations and support the setup of a complete warehouse management process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipments.
  • Operate and maintain accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Assist in building and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, regular cycle counts, and proper stock reporting.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team members to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Transport, and Sales teams to ensure smooth fulfilment operations.
  • Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse supervision or team leader experience, preferably in 3PL or e-commerce fulfilment.
  • Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and warehouse process setup.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented; able to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to liaise with regional teams).
  • Candidates with experience in setting up or managing overseas warehouses will be an advantage.
