About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Architect Assistant to join our dynamic team at YHDA' in Kajang, Selangor. As an Architect Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced architects in delivering high-quality design solutions for our diverse range of clients. What you'll be doing

• Assisting architects in the design and development of architectural plans, drawings, and models
• Conducting site visits and measurements to gather information for project planning and design
• Preparing and presenting design concepts and schematic drawings to clients
• Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and engineering teams, to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
• Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and construction methods
• Providing support in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for projects

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience as an Architect Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices
