About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator Executive to join our dynamic team at NEXUS CONCEPT ONLINE SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content that aligns with our brand's digital marketing strategy.

What you'll be doing

  1. Ideate and create captivating written, visual, and multimedia content for our website, social media channels, and other digital platforms
  2. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is on-brand and supports our overall marketing objectives
  3. Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation
  4. Analyse content performance and provide recommendations for improvements
  5. Assist with the management and growth of our social media channels
  6. Support the planning and execution of content-driven campaigns and events
  7. Appear on camera as talent (if required)
  8. Create product-focused, lifestyle, or trend-based content
  9. Track content performance and adjust strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a content creator or copywriter, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency setting
  2. Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content
  3. Proficient in using content creation tools and platforms, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or in-app editing) and social media management tools
  4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  6. At least 1 year working experience at content creator
