Requirements1.     Adegree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required.2.     Demonstratedability to lead and troubleshoot major issues, implementing process changes andimprovements.3.     Provenexperience leading a team of engineers to develop new processes based oncustomer requirements.4.     Strongknowledge of roughening processes and other leading technologies or theirequivalents.5.     8–12years of experience managing automated reel -to -reel and strip -to -strip platinglines, specifically for precious metal processes and pre -plated lead frames.6.     Proficiencyin using statistical methods to analyze data.7.     Basicknowledge of FMEA and control plans is essential.8.     Experiencein handling turnkey projects is required.9.     Familiaritywith CAD software and an understanding of basic lead frame design rules.10.  Experience with NPI activities andmeeting customer requirements is an added advantage.
