Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and transform raw data into meaningful datasets for analysis.
  • Design and maintain BI dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent) for business stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring data visualization supports decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs, metrics, and business trends to provide insights on performance and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to support strategic initiatives.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies.
  • Build, test, and deploy models for forecasting, segmentation, recommendation, and optimization.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Document methodologies, maintain reproducible workflows, and promote best practices in data usage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Data Scientist.
  • Proficiency with BI tools for dashboarding and reporting.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, data modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of sales/e-commerce funnels, digital marketing metrics, and fulfilment operations metrics.
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Business acumen to connect data insights with strategic goals.
  • Continuous learner, keeping up with trends in data science and BI.
