Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Industry: Software/IT (AI & E-wallet)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm)

We are looking for young and energetic sales/ business development enthusiast to join the new division of IT product for our established client in IT software industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for end to end sales & business development process including generating leads, social media marketing & branding, presales presentation, customer relationship management, etc. You will be expected to handle sales activities for IT related products such as AI, IoT devices, mobile application, fintech & etc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying and research new business opportunity
  • Managing and updating company's Social Media platform.
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage project. 4
  • Maintain good relationships with clients or partners on their needs effectively.
  • Pitching products and/or services.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Preparing and present the proposal to the client
  • Contact clients to update on new offerings.
  • Negotiating and developing business goals for the team and to ensure it is achieved.
  • Any ad-hoc duties that may be delegated from time to time

Experiences Needed

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Possess at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in any related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Effective use of MS-Office Applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint)
  • Must possess strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and an active listener
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin language will be required for work purpose in dealing with China counterpart & client.
