The primary purpose of this role is to deliver architectural design and architectural coordination work directly under the director in firstly an understudy role.

The candidate is structured to be groomed towards running their own design unit (with an assistant or as required) for producing rational and meaningful architectural propositions to respected clientele throughout peninsular malaysia.

Main tasks are below and it would be highly desirable if you have relevant experience otherwise please stat that you are a fresh graduate:

  • 2d & 3d architectural drawings at concept and schematic stages of project.

  • Local authority prechecks around the UBBL (uniform building by law), etc.

  • Graphical layout and presentation slides, booklets.

  • some construction site knowhow upon the drawings that we produce.

  • ability to confidently discuss and present design work internally and to clients.
