Kelayakan Diperlukan:

  • Sijil atau Diploma dalam Kejuruteraan Mekanikal, Tool & Die, atau bidang teknikal berkaitan.
  • Sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman dalam tooling maintenance, khususnya dalam plastic injection/blow moulding.
  • Pengetahuan kukuh dalam komponen tooling, membaca pelan lukisan teknikal, dan teknik pemesinan.
  • Mahir menggunakan mesin bengkel.
  • Berpengalaman dalam proses penukaran dan pelarasan mould.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah serta teliti dalam kerja.
  • Bersedia bekerja secara syif dan memberi respon semasa kecemasan/peralatan rosak.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Menjalankan penyelenggaraan pencegahan dan pembaikan terhadap injection dan blow moulds mengikut jadual.
  • Memasang dan menukar mould serta tool pada mesin mengikut keperluan pengeluaran.
  • Memeriksa mould sebelum dan selepas pengeluaran untuk memastikan fungsinya dan kualiti produk.
  • Menyelesaikan masalah berkaitan mould dan tool bagi mengurangkan downtime mesin.
  • Bekerjasama dengan pasukan production, quality, dan maintenance dalam menangani isu-isu berkaitan mould.
  • Merekod semua aktiviti penyelenggaraan, keadaan tool, serta pembaikan yang dijalankan.
  • Menyimpan dan mengurus inventori tooling dengan teratur dan selamat.
  • Menyokong projek penambahbaikan berterusan berkaitan prestasi dan kecekapan tooling.
  • Mematuhi semua peraturan keselamatan dan dasar syarikat semasa mengendalikan mesin dan tooling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
