Position:

Technician – iOS Devices (Fresh Graduate Opportunity)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.).
• Conduct quality checks on hardware and software functionality.
• Assist in refurbishment processes including battery, LCD, body, and connectivity testing.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Support senior technicians in daily operations and client servicing.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma in Electronics, IT, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills (English and Malay).
