Key Responsibilities

  • Provide mall information about products and services such as Car park, retail location, shopping promotion etc.
  • Attend to shoppers' queries, feedback and complaints.
  • To manage incoming calls to ensure customer's queries and referral of services are answered promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all Lost and Found cases reported to you are properly handled, accurately documented, items secured and all procedures pertaining to lost and found are strictly adhered to. Any changes to keep your Superior or Manager informed and to obtain the necessary approvals before proceeding.
  • Handle all young children who are apart from their parents/ guardians with care and attention. Ensure the child is calmed and remain safe in your custody until claimed by the parents/ guardians- to adhere to Lost Child S.O.P strictly.
  • Provide gift wrapping services, ensure all items are wrapped nicely and presentable
  • Provide basic first aid during accident/incident in the mall.
  • To distribute all circulars to tenants with each tenants' acknowledgement
  • To Handle all Festive Redemption thru Club IOI platform, follow the Company Policy & Procedure and make sure all redemption is properly keyed into the systems before pass the GWP to customers.

IOI Shopz Operations

  • Merchant terminal checks on daily basis.
  • Assist customers with order entry, tracking, and documentation.
  • Pick-up food orders from restaurant/outlet and verify order contents before leaving the restaurant/outlet.
  • Communicate with delivery riders, customers, and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer inquiry, feedback and complaint promptly via hotline, chat, or email.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on delivery performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or minimum 1-years of experience in customer service, preferably in a shopping mall or retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
