Role Overview

As a Business Admin Intern at KueMue, you will be involved in day-to-day business operations and support cross-department activities, especially with the sales and marketing teams. Your role focuses on administration, coordination and customer support, ensuring smooth processes that contribute to overall business performance. You'll gain real-world exposure to business operations, client coordination, and internal workflow management within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer inquiries (WhatsApp, email, social media) in a professional manner
  • Support order processing and coordinate with relevant internal teams
  • Maintain and update records, spreadsheets and report using Excel/Google Sheets
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, documentation and data entry
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments
  • Support ad hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
  • Passionate about business operations and learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Bonus: Experience in TikTok, Shopee, or e-commerce sales

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM RM800.00 per month
