MECHANIC / TECHINICIAN

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining and repairing scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and telehandlers.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

• Perform repairs and replacements on electrical DC system, engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the workshop.

• Provide on-site repair and/or service for immediate resolution.

• Attend service calls and address machine breakdowns promptly and effectively.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure equipment complies with safety and operational standards.

• Accurately complete service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs.

• Collaborate with the Service, Sales, and Spare Parts teams for smooth job coordination.

• Follow company safety protocols and industry regulations during all tasks.

• Respond to breakdowns or urgent service requests, including occasional on-site visits.

Qualifixation:

• Minimum: SPM with technical or vocational certificate.

• Preferred: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Without qualification hut have 3years of similar experience can be considered.

• Relevant training/ certifications in machinery maintenance, hydraulics, or electrical systems is an advantage.

• Possess a valid driving license (Class D; GDL is a plus).

• Willingness to work overtime or travel to site when required.

• Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality service.

• Some working experience in machinery or equipment is advantages.

• Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

• Able to priorities, Multi-task, excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.

• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and service instructions in English

• Skilled in using diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and power tools.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle physical tasks and work in various environments.

• Willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
