The Role:

The Network Solutions Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the design, validation, and delivery of enterprise networking and security solutions for Logicalis customers. This position involves providing technical expertise to sales teams, engaging in customer requirements analysis, and architecting modern, scalable network infrastructures using leading technology brands. The role requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives while staying up to date with the latest advancements in networking technologies.

In addition, this role will work closely with the professional services team to independently drive network-related opportunities from end to end. The successful candidate must be proactive in growing the domain, planning and proposing innovative ideas, and taking ownership of all aspects within the network solutions area. This includes being responsible for the entire lifecycle of network projects, fostering collaboration in-country and from other countries from Logicalis around the region & globe, and ensuring that each solution is tailored to meet customer requirements while also advancing Logicalis' capabilities in the networking space.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Network Solutions Specialist, you will be expected to:

• Provide technical consulting support to the sales team for enterprise networking and security solutions, covering brands such as Cisco, Aruba, Arista, F5, Fortinet, etc.
• Engage in requirement discovery and solution design, ensuring the proposed architecture aligns with customer needs, scalability, and future-readiness.
• Design and validate end-to-end network infrastructure solutions, covering campus LAN/WLAN, data center networking, SD-WAN, network security, cloud networking etc.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, BoMs, RFP responses, and presentations articulating the technical and business value of proposed solutions and services.
• Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) and demos to validate solution feasibility.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align solution architecture with delivery capabilities and vendor best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies such as AI-driven networking, AI network infrastructure, network automation, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud networking, and observability platforms.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, technical documentation, and presales enablement.
• Develop go-to-market (GTM) network solutions or services by identifying market opportunities, designing innovative offerings, and working with sales and marketing teams to launch and promote these solutions to customers.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned such as marketing events.
