Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities for Pharma-D products.
  • Coordinate product launches, events, and exhibitions to boost brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

2. Sales Support & Customer Relationship

  • Support the sales team by providing marketing materials, product information, and sales insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets by generating leads and following up with potential clients.

3. Digital & Offline Marketing

  • Manage digital marketing activities such as social media content, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Develop promotional materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, customer feedback, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze market data to support decision-making and strategy improvements.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, product performance, and market opportunities.

Job RequirementsQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sector.
  • Experience in product promotion, event coordination, and sales support is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,200.00 per month
