• Follow work schedule set by ASO/SO/HOD.
• Operate and assist by monitoring and take necessary action throughout duty hours to prevent measures to endanger the public or physical criminals and ensure the smooth intention of unlawful acts.
• Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises.
• Conduct periodical patrols of all premises and surrounding areas including car parks, loading/unloading, rooftops, corridors, staircases, toilets, etc.
• Take reasonable and necessary action to prevent any aggression/violent act that may endanger the public.
• Checking and inspecting all access control and perimeter employees, visitors and vehicles ingress and egress to the premises. Ensure all doors, windows, back doors, access points are locked and secured.
• Control the entrance and exit of employees, visitors and vehicles.
• Immediately notify ASO/SO and subsequently under the advice of ASO/SO to contact/lodge report to relevant authorities in the event a crime is committed or accident occurs.
• Respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance to employees and guests.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily basis to record activities, occurrence and unusual incidents occurring at the assigned location for submission to ASO/SO and/or HOD.
• Abide written and verbal instructions that relate to security, fire, safety and/or customer service from ASO/SO/HOD.
• Assist concerned departments by attending to time to time instructions that relates to security, fire issues and/or customer service.
• Abide and adhere to all company directives, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), rules, policies and procedures, standards (SOP), laws, rules and legal regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow procedures for various initiatives including fire prevention, patrolling premises regularly, traffic control, parking and perimeter monitoring.
• Achieve total company service standard.
• Remain in compliance with company rules, policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM1,750.00 per month
