About the role

As a Live Host at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM', you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality business in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
  2. Providing concierge services such as making dining and activity recommendations
  3. Efficiently checking guests in and out of the hotel
  4. Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  5. Maintaining a clean and organised front desk area
  6. Assisting with other front office duties as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  5. Proficiency in English and the local language
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs
