Dietician

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' nutritional needs based on medical history, dietary restrictions, and clinical conditions.
• Develop, monitor, and review individualized meal plans in collaboration with the nursing and kitchen teams.
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and caregivers.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared according to approved menus and dietary guidelines.
• Monitor residents' weight, dietary intake, and health progress, adjusting meal plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Conduct regular menu reviews and nutritional audits.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care meetings to provide input on residents' nutritional care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments, plans, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in nutrition and dietetics to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a healthcare, hospital, or nursing home setting.
• Strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy and dietary management for elderly patients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to residents' health and well-being.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
