About the role

Jebson Engineering Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Lorry Driver to join our dynamic team in Mount Austin, Johor. As a Lorry Driver, you will play a vital role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This is a full-time position that offers competitive remuneration and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate and maneuver large commercial vehicles, such as lorries, to transport goods and materials to designated locations
  2. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  3. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and delivery details
  4. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  5. Load and unload cargo, using appropriate equipment and techniques
  6. Assist with other duties as required to support the overall operations of the company

What we're looking for

  1. A valid heavy vehicle driving license with a clean driving record
  2. At least 1 years of experience as a Lorry Driver, preferably in the road transport
  3. Strong knowledge of traffic rules, regulations, and safe driving practices
  4. Ability to operate and maneuver large commercial vehicles with confidence and care
  5. Good communication and problem-solving skills to liaise with clients and resolve delivery-related issues
  6. Physical fitness and stamina to load and unload cargo
  7. A team-player attitude and a willingness to support the overall operations of the company
