Kindergarten Principal

Key Responsibilities

Ø  Provide innovative leadership to ensure the kindergarten's smooth daily operations and uphold its educational standards.

Ø  Supervise and mentor teachers and staff, fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.

Ø  Supervise curriculum planning and implementation that aligns with the school's philosophy and learning outcomes.

Ø  Ensure a safe, loving, and stimulating learning environment for all children.

Ø  Build strong collaboration with parents and the community, escalating the school's reputation and enrolment.

Ø  Manage administration, budgeting, and compliance with education and safety regulations.

Ø  Lead school events, marketing, and enrolment activities to promote the kindergarten's growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

·       Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or any related field.

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, experience in a leadership or supervisory role will be an added advantage.

·       Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

·       Zealous about nurturing children's holistic growth—academically, socially, and emotionally.

·       Capable of leading, motivating, and developing a team of educators.

·       Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
