What is your role:

  • Perform on-site servicing, repairs and/or installation of company products, in the scope of hardware and software to maximize the device up-time.
  • Responsible in setting up new device by adhering to the procedures listed in the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process.
  • Communicate with Customer on the pre and post service activities to ensure customer well informed on the device condition.
  • Conduct proper follow-up on the task, preventive maintenance and routine check for customer's device.
  • Report to immediate superior on all incidents, irregularities that occur in the job environment or situations related to the job.
  • Lead the service support in specific products assigned by superior and provide assistance to other team members on troubleshooting and technical advice.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum Diploma in IT or relevant engineering field. Additional relevant certification will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge in networking, software, and hardware installation.
  • Has working experience in PC and peripherals support or networking would be an advantage.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and hardworking.
  • Good troubleshooting skill.
  • Able to handle customer's complaint.
  • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
