About the role

HOMAX SDN BHD is seeking an experienced EIU Wireman Grade 1 - Solar Panel to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of our solar panel systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform electrical wiring and installation for solar PV panels and associated systems.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and maintain solar PV installations.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist in project setup, commissioning, and inspection of solar PV systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and report on project progress.
  • Follow company procedures and industry best practices for electrical and solar installations.

What we're looking for

  • EIU Wireman Grade 1 certification (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in solar PV installation or electrical wiring works.
  • Good understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
  • Own transport is preferred.
