Landscape Site Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Site Technician to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of landscape construction, maintenance projects and development of Tree Bank. The ideal candidate will have experience in related field.

Job Description


• Supervise site workers on their daily landscape maintenance and planting works.


• Liaise with project teams and consultants on the planning and implementation of landscape

maintenance and projects.


• Responsible to conduct periodic inspection and maintenance on site, identify any problem

present and taking necessary action to solve the problem


• Responsible for work distribution list, daily work done report, stock delivery, workers attendance

etc.


• Control and monitor the usage of chemicals, fertilizers, petrol & diesel.


• Responsible for the maintenance of company vehicles, machineries and sprinklers.


• Supervise, train and monitor workers.


• Assist to prepare quotations for minor landscape projects.


• Preparation of work progress and monthly maintenance reports and verification of claim submit

to client.


• Any other jobs as assigned by Management, Project Manager and Landscape Architect.

Requirements:


• Diploma or Certificate in Landscape Architecture/Horticulture/Agriculture/Forestry or another

related field


• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.


• Able to work under pressure and independently


• Possess high level of integrity and discipline


• Hardworking, results-driven and a team player
