Learn more at About the Role:We're seeking for a motivated Lead Developer with strong experience in C# programming and modern .NET Frameworks. As a Lead Developer, you'll help lead technical discussion, implementation and build solutions on the Sitecore XM Cloud while collaborating closely with Architect and Product teams across Europe and Kuala Lumpur. Your role includes:Leading the technical implementation of the team projectsEnsuring high availability, performance, and security.Actively monitoring CI/CD pipelines applying a continuous improvement mindset.What You'll Do:Design, develop, maintain, and ship components/projects for Sitecore XM Cloud.Write high-quality C# and .NET Core code.Clarify user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns to deliver business value.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for consistent and reliable solution delivery.Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure reliable and scalable deploymentsMaintain close collaboration and effective communication with Development Manager, Product Owner, team members and other stakeholdersMentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices; support Development Manager to execute strategy on team performanceWork within Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to iterative development cyclesWhat You Need to Succeed:Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+Experience with Docker, AKS, and Kubernetes Helm Charts for deploying Sitecore systemsExperience with cloud-based solutions (Microsoft azure) and containerized deploymentsExperience in working with version control system: Git and branching strategyExperience with NoSQL DB especially Azure Cosmos DBExperience with messaging systems aka Confluent KafkaExperience in optimizing software performance using profiling toolsStrong knowledge on Authorization especially OAuth 2.0Strong knowledge and experience in CI/CD setup especially Github workflowStrong implementation experience in:WebAPI and REST APIMicroservicesMultithreadingDependency injectionData structures (e.g., stacks, queues, collections).LINQ (Language-Integrated Query) for querying data structures.Unit & Integration testingTerraform CloudExcellent troubleshooting skills for performance, tracing, and debugging.Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:Having experience with:GraphQLEvent driven architectureExperience in Postman is a plus.Working experience in a SaaS based company or project is a plus.Why you should click 'Apply':Sitecore is on a path of significant growth, driven by our passion for digital experience innovation.
