Job Purpose

To operate, monitor, and maintain machinery in a safe and efficient manner to ensure smooth production flow and achieve quality output according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure machines are set up properly before starting production.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
  • Identify and report machine malfunctions or abnormalities to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and downtime.
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies in the workplace.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
