  • 5+ years of relevant experience in education and career/telemarketing or other professional services specifically in managing sales team.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the business operation especially in leading and managing sales team.
  • Proven experience in resource management, including sales planning, team utilization and resource allocation.
  • Familiar with road tour events and having excellent analytical skills in managing sales team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, become a speaker for career events and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

Job scope:

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals and expand customer base.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics report on team performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Managing and planning sales workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency of team members.
  • Ensure successful event execution, including setup, audience engagement, staff briefing, and feedback collection.
  • Acted as a speaker during the event to brief attendees on the career program we are offering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales and Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
