Job Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, wound care, and basic clinical procedures.
Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in treatment and care plans.
Record and maintain accurate patient documentation, charts, and medical histories.
Observe patients' conditions, report changes or emergencies to senior staff or physicians promptly.
Support pre‑ and post‑operative care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Participate in patient discharge planning, health education, and counseling.
Adhere to standard operating procedures, infection control protocols, and hospital policies.
Work in rotation, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registered Nurse with valid registration under the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM / equivalent).
Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, record keeping).
Able to work in shifts, and flexible with working hours.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Professional, punctual, and with strong sense of responsibility.
