Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

● Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information and identify design opportunities and constraints.

● Develop innovative design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.

● Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.

● Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the design concept and project requirements.

● Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and material samples, to clients for review and approval

● Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of design projects.

● Monitor project progress, resolve any design-related issues or challenges that arise during implementation, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

● Cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.

主要职责:

● 制定兼顾美观、功能性与可持续性的创新设计概念。

● 制作详细的设计图纸、情绪板和3D效果图,以有效传达设计理念。

● 选择符合设计概念及项目要求的材料、饰面、家具及配件。

● 准备并向客户展示设计提案,包括草图、渲染图及材料样本,供客户审阅与批准。

● 与供应商、承包商及其他相关方协调,确保设计项目准确并按时执行。

● 监督项目进度,解决实施过程中出现的设计相关问题,确保符合质量标准。

● 持续关注行业趋势、最佳实践与新兴技术,不断提升设计能力,保持竞争优势。

● 维护良好的客户与合作关系,促进回头客与客户转介绍。

Qualifications:

● Minimum Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

● Proven experience in interior design, preferably within a interior design firm or architectural practice.

● Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.

● Strong creative vision and ability to translate conceptual ideas into cohesive design solutions.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

● Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

● Commitment to sustainability and environmentally conscious design practices is desirable.

● Coohom or Ai Home Drafter will be adding point

任职资格:

● 至少拥有室内设计或相关专业的文凭或学位。

● 具备室内设计相关工作经验,曾在室内设计公司或建筑事务所工作者优先。

● 熟练使用 AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Creative Suite、Revit 等设计软件。

● 拥有强烈的创意愿景,能将概念性想法转化为完整且协调的设计方案。

● 具备优秀的沟通、展示及人际交往能力。

● 能同时管理多个项目,并在紧凑的期限内完成任务。

● 熟悉建筑法规、标准及行业规范。

● 对可持续发展及环保设计理念有承诺者优先考虑。

● 熟悉 Coohom 或 Ai Home 绘图软件者将获额外加分。
