Job Title: Senior Product Owner, Supply Chain Systems

Position Overview: The Senior Product Owner , Supply Chain Systems plays a strategic role in leading the development and enhancement of supply chain planning and execution solutions. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to define product visions, creating detailed user stories, and prioritizing product backlogs to align with business objectives. A deep understanding of Blue Yonder Planning Systems, AMAX, and extensive experience in product ownership are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with business team to gather business requirements and translate them into IT requirements and functional design specifications.

  • Provide hands-on support for Blue Yonder ESP and related applications, ensuring successful implementation and integration.

  • Offer application support for business users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

  • Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets business requirements.

  • Train end-users on new processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • 15+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Business Analyst, or Product Owner, with specific experience in Blue Yonder ESP, AMAX, or any Supply Chain Planning and Execution Systems

  • Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

  • Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
