We're looking for a passionate and proactive Software Engineer who's eager to grow and contribute to real-world application development. In this role, you'll support system architecture, enhance existing applications, and ensure secure, efficient data operations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Bug Resolution & Issue Management

  • Deliver bug-fix solutions within 2 working days for non-critical issues.
  • Resolve critical issues within 3 hours to minimize downtime and impact.

Customer Communication

  • Respond to internal/external customer emails within 1 working day to maintain smooth service delivery.

Application Development

  • Assist in developing new programs and improving existing systems.
  • Contribute to designing secure, scalable, and efficient architectures.

Data Security & Transfer

  • Ensure all data transfers are encrypted (SFTP/HTTPS).
  • Manage scheduled data uploads/transfers to clients.

System Maintenance & Housekeeping

  • Archive images older than 7 years from production servers quarterly.
  • Participate in annual user access rights reviews to maintain data integrity.

Project Support

  • Support timely delivery of software development and enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth integration.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in VB, .NET, or C# programming.
  • Strong in SQL Server and SQL Stored Procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS3+.
  • Knowledge of Windows Services/Applications, SFTP/HTTPS, and Git.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
