Despatch Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the customer's order, including preparation of the delivery order, transportation & confirmation of package delivery to the customer's site/location
• Responsible for coordinating tanker dispatch orders from the MMS plant to the required customer's location/site
• Handles the receiving & the record of raw materials from the supplier
• Responsible in Delivery Order preparation & recording to forward to Accounts & Purchasing for billing purposes
• To prepare & submit daily and monthly reports, inclusive of customers' dispatch orders & receiving of raw materials
• To monitor the plant silo dispatch system & notify the Operations Engineer of any issues
• To comply with the safety standards and policies implemented by the Company at all times and be responsible for your own safety as well as others without posing any threat, hazard, or endangerment wherever you will be when representing the Company
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Computer literate – Microsoft skills in Excel and Words
• Ability to work independently, meticulous and multi-task
• Possess a positive and highly adaptable attitude
• Possess own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
