We're looking for an experienced and passionate Part-Time English to join our team In this role, you'll deliver engaging and effective lessons to professionals and students aiming to refine their communication and academic skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM1500 - RM 1600

Schedule: Monday - Saturday Sunday Off

Experience: Teaching (English & Academic Subjects): 3 years Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required for home tuition and physical classes)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customized English lessons focused on improving speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills, with a strong emphasis on Business English.
  • Teach other alternative subjects, including Maths, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Business, and Accounting, catering to various academic levels.
  • Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student or group, ensuring a personalized learning experience.
  • Teach key business communication skills, such as presentations, negotiations, report writing, and email etiquette.
  • Provide regular feedback and progress reports to students, tracking their development.
  • Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages active student participation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in business communication, language learning, and subject-specific curricula.
  • Be available to conduct physical classes, online classes.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience (3+ years preferred) teaching Business English.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching subjects like Maths, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Business, or Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of business terminology and professional communication.
  • Ability to tailor lessons to individual or group needs, adapting to diverse learning styles and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with students effectively.
  • Teaching certification (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work with students from different time zones (for remote positions, where applicable).

Education:

Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
