Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Location: The TOP Penang

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR & Admin Manager to oversee the Human Resources, General Administration (including Tenancy), and Finance functions at The TOP Penang. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of administrative and financial management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee general administration, tenancy agreements, and office management.
  • Support financial processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR and administrative matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree holder.
  • Proven experience as an HR & Admin Manager or similar role (hospitality or entertainment industry preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general administration, tenancy management, and financial principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Salary Range: RM5,500 – RM6,500 per month
