Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (including loading, packing, wrapping, labelling, and shipping).
  • Receive, check, and process incoming stock (picking, unloading, labelling, and storing items).
  • Carry out inventory checks and ensure all records meet audit and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment, including proper space utilisation.
  • Update inventory logs and documentation accurately.
  • Highlight and report any stock or order discrepancies immediately.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Operate and perform basic preventive maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Follow company standards, SOPs, safety rules, and regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in inventory software, databases, and related systems.
  • Familiar with modern warehousing methods and best practices.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Physically able to lift and move heavy items when required.
  • Valid forklift licence.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
