Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate converting equipment following established procedures.
  • Read and interpret customer specifications, mount plates and dies, and align auxiliary equipment.
  • Clean and properly store dies after use.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and conduct specification checks.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Complete production and labor reports.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace by performing 5S tasks.
  • Present information on medical packaging or the converting process.
  • Participate in 5S and safety audits, implement corrective actions, and inspect products for quality.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in the printing/packaging manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting and setup.
