We are currently looking for university students seeking internship placements for the 2026 intake. We welcome students from the following academic backgrounds - Engineering, Finance, Quality, Industrial Engineering, SCM (Procurement, Planner, Logistic, Warehouse), EHS, HR and Admin.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Engineering

  2. Assist in design, development and testing of engineering projects under the guidance of Engineer/Sr. Engineer

  3. Participate in the creation of technical documentation, including specifications, reports and project plans.

  4. Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues as they rise.

  5. Finance

  6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.

  7. Help maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist in month-end and year-end close processes.

  8. Collaborate with other departments to gather information and support various financial initiatives.

  9. Quality

  10. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.

  11. Support team in conducting inspections, tests and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  12. Help to maintain and update Quality documentations including inspection records, test reports and quality manuals.

  13. Industrial Engineering

  14. Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance productivity.

  15. Participate in the design and layout of production facilities including equipment placement and workflow optimization.

  16. Contribute to the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5S, Kaizen and value stream mapping.

  17. SCM (Procurement, Logistic, Planner, Warehouse)

  18. Assist in the planning and coordination of supply chain activities, including procurement, logistic, production planner & warehouse management.

  19. Support the analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

  20. Assist Executive in collaborate with suppliers, logistic providers and internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

  21. Environment, Health & Safety

  22. Assist in conducting safety audits, risk assessments and workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  23. Help in maintaining accurate records of safety incidents, training and compliance activities.

  24. Support the development and implementation of environmental initiatives aimed at reducing the organization's environmental footprint.

  25. HR

  26. Help with onboarding and documentation of new hires

  27. Assist in maintaining and updating employee personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  28. Assist with data entry, validation, and maintaining HRIS or Excel-based databases

  29. Provide administrative support to the HR team for audits and internal reviews

  30. Admin

  31. Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

  32. Maintain and update internal databases and records
  33. Help manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
