Our client is a global company which designs, manufactures, and sells high-end security solution targeting customers across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of a Fulfilment Operations in Malaysia. The incumbent will build and lead a small team, with full accountability for end-to-end fulfilment activities from production and shipping to inventory and logistics.
  • Responsible for overall fulfilment performance, including safety, order fulfilment, shipping, production, and warehouse operations. Work with cross-functional departments such as Quality, Procurement, Trade Compliance, Engineering, and Production Control.
  • Plan, direct, and implement warehouse operations and administrative support needed to meet company objectives relevant to delivery, quality, productivity, customer, market requirements, and operational capabilities expansion.
  • Support New Product Introduction processes and other various Global Operations Initiatives such as ATP / Lead Time Management

Qualifications

  • Comfortable and effective communicating with senior management, peers and subordinates across locations
  • Results-driven individual who makes timely decision, and can prioritize, plan and measure work
  • Operates with an adaptive and flexible approach to drive results in a pragmatic manner
  • Experienced in setting up a fulfilment operations from scratch is an advantage
