Job Summary:

Riverview Charter School is seeking dedicated and reliable Substitute Teachers to provide classroom instruction in the absence of the regular teacher. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive learning environment, follow lesson plans, and ensure a smooth transition for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow and implement lesson plans left by the absent teacher.

  • Maintain a structured and positive classroom environment.

  • Supervise students and ensure their safety and well-being.

  • Foster an engaging and respectful learning atmosphere.

  • Manage classroom behavior effectively and enforce school policies.

  • Provide assistance to students with coursework as needed.

  • Report on student progress and any issues to school administrators.

  • Adhere to all school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Work Schedule & Compensation:
