Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience. You are expected to perform some simple cleaning at our merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish necessarily.
  • Greet customers with a smile and offer basket. Be of service by offering your assistance to product and advise to wear them. Be our product specialist.
  • Follow company's training plan and take initiative for self-learning on our products and services. Check and ask superior when in doubt.
  • Take ownership of products under your responsibility. Understand the items selling point, challenges and propose ideas to improve for customers' buying.
  • Respect the working environment and your colleagues. Be polite, a team player and respect space of one another. No gossip and small talks that may hurt feelings of others.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field of study. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.​
  • Passionate in delivering great customer service, with customer-first mindset.​
  • Genuine interest in UNIQLO & LifeWear philosophy.​
  • Good English communication (reading, writing, speaking).​
  • Flexible to work on shift duty, weekends, public holidays.
