REQUIREMENTS

•Proven experience as a cook

•Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware

•Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)

•Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

•Ability to work in a team

•Able to work under pressure.

•Very good communication skills

•In Good Health

•High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prepare and cook incoming order.
• To ensure food prepared with fresh ingredients. 
• To ensure the food served in timely manner.
• To ensure uniform serving sizes and with suitable ornaments
• To supervise, training and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation by kitchen staff.
• To create and update menu and costing
• To provide menu for promotion on monthly, festive and weekend special.
• To monitor sanitation and hygiene practices and standard.
• To adhere with kitchen safety standards.
• To request raw materials, consumable items, inventories and maintenance.
• To reduce wastage.
