Accounts cum Admin Clerk

Accounting:
- Execute day to day accounting activities i.e., sales invoicing, credit control, receipts and payments, voucher preparation, and related;
- Conduct data entry into accounting system AP, AR, GL and monthly journal transactions;
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and reconciliation of group transactions;
- Liaise with Auditor, Company Secretary and Tax Agent; and
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Admin:
- Handling incoming communications, including phone calls, emails and correspondence, and also queries through e-commerce platforms
- Handling administrative tasks such as filling, managing correspondence, and maintaining office records
- Assisting to arrange for transport and delivery of orders
- Providing administrative support for various task and initiatives
- Oversee the ordering and inventory management of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items
- Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, and as assigned
Key Requirements:
• Familiar with Bookkeeping, General/Cost Accounting or equivalent;
• Required Skill(s): MS Excel and MS Word;
• Required Fluency: English and Bahasa Melayu;
• Able to work independently, submit reports on time and communicate effectively;
• Ability to use accounting software (Autocount) is an advantage;
• Mature candidates, as well as Fresh Graduates, encouraged to apply
