About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory & Management Reporting Analyst to manage the preparation and submission of financial regulatory reports for Bybit UAE. This role covers all VARA and SCA reports from a finance perspective, especially the capital adequacy report to SCA. You will also be involved in other various day-to-day finance operational and planning matters, including preparing internal management reports, supporting Board reporting, and delivering regular performance updates to the CFO. The role requires transforming operational and accounting data into accurate, standardized reporting formats, while ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal control requirements.

You will also play a key role in designing and shaping core finance processes in a fast-scaling, regulated environment. Your ideas will directly influence how we build the UAE Finance function from the ground up, and you'll be part of defining best practices that will set the standard for our industry in UAE.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and submit financial regulatory reports for SCA and VARA requirements
• Develop and maintain internal management reports and KPI dashboards for Finance leadership and the Board.
• Prepare regular reporting packages for the CFO, including variance analyses and performance summaries.
• Transform operational, transactional, and accounting data into standardized formats for regulatory and internal use.
• Monitor UAE regulatory developments and assess their impact on Finance reporting processes.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Financial Risk teams to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and compliance with control requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of reporting processes, data sources, and control checks.
• Participate in daily financial operations, for instance closing books, initiating and approving payments, stakeholders management, wallet management, liaison with auditors etc
• Project management on certain initiatives within the Finance department
• Support ad-hoc reporting needs for management, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in financial or regulatory reporting within banking, investment services, fintech, or a regulated financial environment.
• Solid understanding of VARA and SCA requirements as well as UAE financial reporting requirements and tax requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
• High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools and ERP systems (ideally Oracle NetSuite) is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic - Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in preparing Board-level reports or working directly with senior executives.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency or digital asset industry reporting requirements.
