Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Clerk to join our team at Macoin Marketing Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate should have a basic accounting background and be eager to learn. Familiarity with ICS Accounting System will be an advantage. This is a junior position, suitable for fresh graduates or those looking to build experience in accounting and administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily accounting operations including data entry, billing, payments, and filing.
  • Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare simple reports and assist with audit documentation.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers on billing matters.
  • Support the accounting team with any other administrative tasks as required
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience or familiarity with ICS Accounting System is an advantage.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
