We are looking for a passionate
Product Designer
to join our growing
Product Design
team. You will play a critical role in crafting intuitive, elegant, and user-centric experiences across the
AFED Digital platform and product ecosystem
.

As part of the core product design unit, you will collaborate with
engineering teams and business stakeholders
to shape and implement seamless end-to-end user journeys. Your work will ensure that our digital interfaces are visually compelling, highly functional, accessible, and aligned with our brand and design standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality UI/UX designs from concept to execution across web and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective designs.
  • Apply UX methodologies including user research, journey mapping, persona creation, and usability testing to guide design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like
    Figma
    to communicate ideas clearly.
  • Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and UI kits, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
  • Prepare detailed specifications and assets for implementation, and support post-development design QA to ensure alignment with intended designs.
  • Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and meet accessibility standards (e.g.,
    WCAG
    ).
  • Scalable Thinking
    : Design with various devices, operating systems, and usage contexts in mind.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
    Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Multimedia
    , or any related discipline.
  • 2–8 years
    of experience in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in
    Figma
    (design systems, components, prototyping, and collaboration).
  • Solid understanding of
    UX principles
    ,
    user behavior
    , and
    accessibility standards
    .
  • Experience working in
    agile
    or
    cross-functional teams
    .
  • Strong skills in
    user-centered design
    ,
    usability heuristics
    ,
    information architecture
    , and
    design thinking
    .
  • Ability to turn research insights and business requirements into actionable and effective design solutions.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on
    pixel-perfect design
    and consistency with brand guidelines.
