Cleaner is responsible for who ensures the workplace is always clean and sanitary. Perform a range of duties, including dusting or mopping and sweeping floors. Ensure restrooms and common areas stay fresh by performing routine inspections every day at specified times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Clean and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, washroom cleaning and etc.)

  2. Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material (recycle) to designated collection points.

  3. Carry out basic gardening tasks such as watering and fertilize the plants.

  4. Carry out heavy physical demand cleaning tasks and special projects.

  5. Replace light bulbs and report on breakage or in case there is a need for repair or maintenance on facility and/or equipment.

  6. Sets up, stocks, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

  7. Support other team and cooperate with other employee to achieve cleanliness for the organization.

  8. The use of chemical agents as directed by the Administrative Personnel of cleaning operations or maintenance procedure.

  9. Ensure proper cleanliness of the areas around the office, canteen, washroom and walkways and parking lots.

  10. Follow all health and safety regulations and grooming standard.

  11. Perform duties in complying with Company's mandated guidelines, Company's Food Safety System, Company's Policy and Procedure, and Rule and Regulations governed by the law of Malaysia.

  12. To perform task and work requirement as and when required and assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidates must possess min SPM or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year working experience in relevant field.

  • Prior cleaning working experience would be advantageous.

  • Candidates able to speak and write in Malay / English.

  • Have ability to follow verbal directions and schedule.

  • Highly responsible and reliable.

  • Organized and uphold high standard in cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Candidate must have physical strength and fitness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

  • Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
