Manager, Global Corporate Sales

Role Purpose:
Manage and lead global corporate sales team to grow and achieve corporate sales global revenue target through contacting via global airlines RFP and Oneworld Corporate Program and at the same time lead, guide and support team at all POS globally on contract implementation and account management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage key global accounts and lead Global Corporate Sales team in implementing overall corporate sales strategy including contracting under Oneworld alliance to achieve Global corporate sales target revenue.
- Establish and monitor contract implementation, account management and servicing plan for Global Corporate Account Manager to build and maintain mutual beneficial relationship with corporate customer and monitor/evaluate the performance of corporate agreement handled by global corporate team.
- Lead team in each step in the life-cycle of the global corporate dealing process, from initial engagement, RFI,RFP, contract negotiation and implementation. Conduct performance reviews with gobal company to ensure contract goals are met.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices with the global team in global contracting, implementation and account management approach.
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in any related discipline with 6-7 years experience or Diploma in any related discipline with 8-10 years experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent communication/analytical/negotiation skills.
- Must be computer literate and well versed in Microsoft, Words, Excel Office applications.
- Pleasant appearance, matured, positive atttitude and self-driven.
- High degree of commercial awareness and the ability to grasp complex business issues.
- Experience in managing cross-culturally.
- Have positive work attitude, team player, able to meet tight deadlines and prepare to take additional responsibilities.
