About the Role

We are looking for a talented AI Software Developer who understands how neural networks work and can optimize AI/ML models for specific applications. You will design, train, evaluate, and deploy AI systems that power next-generation automation, analytics, and intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve AI/ML models for vision, NLP, prediction, or optimization tasks.
  • Understand and implement neural network architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and custom models.
  • Optimize models for speed, accuracy, and hardware constraints (CPU, GPU, edge devices).
  • Fine-tune models for specific business requirements.
  • Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, etc.
  • Deploy AI models to cloud, on-prem, or edge computing environments.
  • Collaborate with software, data, and product teams to integrate AI into applications.
  • Perform data preprocessing, augmentation, and model evaluation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of neural networks, training pipelines, and optimization methods.
  • Proficiency in Python, AI frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and model deployment tools.
  • Experience with model compression, quantization, pruning, or hardware-specific tuning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Added Advantages
  • Experience in computer vision, NLP, generative AI, or reinforcement learning.
  • Familiarity with CUDA, GPU acceleration, or edge AI platforms (NVIDIA Jetson, Coral, etc.).
  • Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, or cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
