-Slip gaji disediakan (diterima bank-bank untuk permohonan loan)

  • Available work location - Selangor/KL (calon mestilah tinggal di negeri yang dipohon)

  • Berumur 18 tahun ke atas.

  • Mempunyai attitude yang positive, hormat manager, mendengar arahan & boleh bekerja dalam pasukan.

  • Suasana tempat kerja yang agresif & menyeronokkan.

  • Boleh bekerja lebih masa & under pressure.

  • Mempunyai mindset mengejar target & sentiasa ingin achieve lebih dari target yang ditetapkan oleh manager.

  • Boleh bekerja pada hari biasa, weekend & public holiday.

  • Boleh buat field visit

  • Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri, laptop, smartphone & home WIFI.

  • Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang collection, sales & customer services (inbound/outbound calls & field visits).

  • Tiada pengalaman juga boleh memohon (intensive on-job training disediakan).

JOB SCOPE

-Calling the past due customers to remind their repayment obligation & ensure the collection action taken are within company guidelines, credit policies and collection policies.

-Call and negotiate on repayment from customers.

-Ensure strict adherence to all credit policies, procedures, guidelines, compliance and information security, etc.

-Probe customers' latest contact details and update in system to increase collection efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM4,763.06 per month
