About the Roles
Juta Niaga Legasi Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales operations, manage customer inquiries, and ensure smooth processing of applications. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent follow-up discipline, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Management
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Follow up with interested customers who have not completed their applications.
- Assist customers in understanding the application process and required documents.
- Prepare and maintain message templates and basic communication scripts.
2. Application & Sales Processing
- Complete customer applications in the system with accurate information.
- Review and ensure all documents are complete before submission.
- Provide updates, notifications, or status changes to customers.
- Monitor approval processes and application progress.
3. Sales & Operations Support
- Manage new leads received from advertisements.
- Assist with scheduling appointments or passing qualified leads to the closing team.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Maintain customer files and documentation.
- Record new customers, application statuses, and sales performance.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets).
- Experience in sales admin or customer support is an advantage.
