About the Roles

Juta Niaga Legasi Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales operations, manage customer inquiries, and ensure smooth processing of applications. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent follow-up discipline, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Management

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
  • Follow up with interested customers who have not completed their applications.
  • Assist customers in understanding the application process and required documents.
  • Prepare and maintain message templates and basic communication scripts.

2. Application & Sales Processing

  • Complete customer applications in the system with accurate information.
  • Review and ensure all documents are complete before submission.
  • Provide updates, notifications, or status changes to customers.
  • Monitor approval processes and application progress.

3. Sales & Operations Support

  • Manage new leads received from advertisements.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments or passing qualified leads to the closing team.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily sales reports.
  • Maintain customer files and documentation.
  • Record new customers, application statuses, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets).
  • Experience in sales admin or customer support is an advantage.
