OVERALL SCOPE OF JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide safe transportation for our guests during the stages of welcome, in-stay and farewell in a professional and welcoming manner by exceeding guest expectations and delivering luxury service.

To ensure total guest satisfaction by exceeding guest expectations and attain department planned revenue through meet sales targets. To ensure services are delivered according to property and LHW standards

SPECIFIC DUTIES & PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To ensure welcoming the guests courteously and professionally with by delivering personalized service
  2. To ensure pick up safely the guests from start to destinations either to their return to hotel
  3. To ensure guests' satisfaction from welcome until farewell

Product Knowledge:

  1. To be well informed about the activities and other events the hotel is offering
  2. To be well informed about the weather conditions, local attractions, information about the environment and connecting with the guests through storytelling
  3. To assist in up-selling the hotel services in a professional and knowledgeable manner at all times

General Information:

  1. To follow rules and regulations set as per property and LHW standards
  2. To fully comply with grooming standards at all times
  3. To ensure responsibility and proactivity that work area is manned at all times
  4. To ensure punctuality is always followed

Daily Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure all guests are treated in a warm, friendly and efficient manner
  2. To have the product knowledge of the hotel and its food and beverage outlets operating hours and other guest facilities that are available
  3. To ensure to address guests by name at all times
  4. To ensure the regular guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition
  5. To use the correct verbiage of terms and phrases approved by the management
  6. To ensure rowing a dinghy with respect and ownership
  7. To ensure all beverages and drinking water for guests are prepared
  8. To maintain cleanliness of the boat at all times
  9. To maintain the boat equipment clean and tidy
  10. Provide guidance to crew members in a respectful and professional manner.

Personnel and Training Responsibilities:

  1. To exercise pro-activeness, self-control, efficiency and patience
  2. To project a positive, motivated attitude and respect among colleagues and inter department at all times
  3. To attend regular training programs prepared by the GP in charge
  4. To be fully conversant and familiar with the hotel's facilities and services
  5. To ensure the work area is clean, tidy and maintained according to standards set by the resort
  6. To take good care of all equipment and materials used at the resort
  7. To practice sustainability and follow recycle initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience in hospitality or transportation field is recommended with good command of English

Experience:

At least 3 years' experience in a luxury and high end environment

Skills and Abilities:

Required ability of reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Driving skills

No. of employees supervised:

Please ensure you supervise and take ownership of the boat as if you were on property

Hours required:

Minimum 6 days and 1 off day (12 working hours), However, additional hours according to business needs are expected.
