Daily Operation Scope – Warehouse Junior Executive AKA Warehouse Asst Supervisor (LMW Warehouse, Pasir Gudang)

1. Warehouse Coordination

  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations.
  • Ensure smooth flow of receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch.
  • Monitor LMW procedures and compliance at all times.

2. Documentation & System Updating

  • Prepare and update daily reports (inbound, outbound, inventory).
  • Ensure all documents (DO,ASN and E-POD) are accurate and complete.
  • Update warehouse system WMS with correct data.

3. Inventory Management

  • Conduct daily cycle count and spot-check stock accuracy.
  • Investigate and report any stock variance immediately.
  • Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO practices.

4. Customer & Internal Communication

  • Communicate with customers on shipment status, issues, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with transport teams for loading/unloading planning.
  • Able to write clear emails in good English (required skill).

5. Compliance & LMW Control

  • Ensure all LMW requirements are followed (record keeping, movement tracking).
  • Prepare supporting documents for customs audit.
  • Work closely with LMW officer to ensure zero non-compliance.

6. Safety & Housekeeping

  • Ensure warehouse safety rules are followed by all staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper storage arrangement.
  • Report any unsafe conditions to management.

7. Supervision & Support

  • Guide and support general workers, forklift drivers, and new staff.
  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in daily planning.
  • Train team members on SOPs and work instructions.

8. Problem Solving

  • Identify operational issues and propose improvements.
  • Handle urgent cases, delays, or customer complaints professionally.
  • Ensure minimum disruption to warehouse activities.

9. Reporting

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Highlight risks, challenges, or required improvements to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
